1. Purpose of this page
This page explains how SignFortress governs AI-assisted features across the product and the public website. It is written for customers, guests using public demos, and anyone evaluating whether our approach is deliberate.
Together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, these rules apply whenever you use AI Chat, Study Studio, Quiz Arena generation, image or video tools, research or marketing studios, website optimizer features, public sample quizzes, or the public help assistant.
2. What you need to know
- AI features run when you (or an allowed guest flow) request them, subject to plan, credits, and safety rules.
- We process prompts, uploads, and outputs as needed to deliver the feature, bill usage, and protect the service.
- We do not use your private content to train foundation AI models (see section 3).
- We do not publish hardware, model lists, internal URLs, or capacity details. Those are operational secrets and are not required for you to use the Service.
- AI can be wrong. You must review important outputs before you rely on them.
3. No foundation-model training on your private content
Unless a separate written agreement with Signfortress Digital Inc. expressly says otherwise, customer content is not used to train foundation AI models.
Processing exists to:
- Provide the feature you requested (generation, summarization, quiz building, tutoring against your notes, and similar);
- Enforce safety filters, quotas, and abuse controls;
- Operate billing, credits, and support;
- Maintain security and service reliability.
“Need to know” for the public stops there. Internal deployment choices are confidential.
4. Acceptable use
You may use SignFortress AI features for lawful, good-faith purposes consistent with your plan, these rules, and applicable law. Examples include:
- Drafting, summarizing, and organizing your own work product;
- Study aids from materials you are allowed to process;
- Classroom or family quizzes on appropriate topics;
- Image, video, research, or marketing assistance under your plan, with human review before publish;
- General product questions via the public help assistant (Help-guide based).
You must have the rights needed for any content you upload or paste. You must not use AI features to violate academic integrity rules, client confidentiality, or third-party platform policies when you export content.
5. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use SignFortress AI features (including public demos) to:
- Create, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors (including fictional depictions);
- Create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes;
- Plan, assist, or promote violent crime, terrorism, or the production of weapons or explosives;
- Conduct fraud, phishing, credential theft, large-scale spam, or social-engineering attacks;
- Harass, stalk, dox, or intimidate others;
- Attack, probe, or disrupt our systems, other users, or third-party services;
- Bypass authentication, credits, rate limits, or safety systems (including “jailbreak” attempts aimed at the harms above);
- Scrape or resell unrestricted access to our AI endpoints without our written permission;
- Extract system instructions, secrets, or other users’ private data;
- Process highly regulated data through AI features unless your agreement with us expressly allows it and you have a lawful basis.
Automated filters are imperfect. We may still suspend accounts or block access based on reports, patterns of abuse, or risk to the service.
6. Public demos and marketing-site AI
The public website may offer limited demos such as Solo Arena packs, sample AI quizzes, kids picture quizzes, and a help assistant grounded in public Help content. These are not unlimited API access.
To deter abuse and support lawful requests, we may record:
- Event type and approximate time;
- Optional topic text you submit for a demo;
- Guest or logged-in status and plan when known;
- IP address and a one-way hash of the IP;
- Approximate location derived from IP (for example country and, when available, city or region);
- Browser user-agent (device class, browser, and OS signals).
Public demos are rate-limited. Family-safe topics only. See the Privacy Policy for how engagement data is handled.
7. Logged-in AI features
When you are logged in, AI features may use credits and plan entitlements. We may store prompts, uploads, outputs, and usage metadata needed to provide the feature, prevent abuse, and bill correctly.
Study Studio and similar tools are designed to work from material you provide. You must only submit content you are allowed to process. Hosts of AI Quiz Arena remain responsible for source material and for how sessions are run.
8. Outputs and your responsibility
AI outputs can be incomplete, biased, or incorrect. They are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you rely on them, publish them, share them with clients, or use them in academic settings.
Where law or a platform requires disclosure that content was AI-assisted, you are responsible for that disclosure.
9. Enforcement
We may, without obligation to monitor all content:
- Refuse or limit a request;
- Apply rate limits or credit holds;
- Suspend or terminate accounts;
- Preserve logs related to suspected abuse;
- Report unlawful activity to authorities when appropriate.
Host decisions in a live Quiz Arena session remain final for that session; platform enforcement remains available for Terms violations.
10. Legal requests and records
We may preserve and disclose account or technical records when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security. Public engagement logs and account usage logs may form part of that record.
We design disclosure to be limited to what is necessary. We do not volunteer internal architecture details in public documentation.
11. Changes
Threats and laws change. We may update this page and related Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where required, by notice under the Terms. Continued use of AI features after updates means you accept the revised rules for those features.
